Very Uncalled For!! I would NOT recommended anyone go to Nola's Flowers!!! I had went with my mom for my sister's wedding to get prices and ideas for bouquets. My sister had, had wonderful email correspondence with Nola. When my mom and I were there Nola did not give much help with ideas, as any bridal party we are on a budget and had to ask a lot of questions in order to get anywhere. Ignored and dead My mother ordered my 3 gerber daisies to be delivered to the local college. Within 72 hours 2 of the daisies were completely dead and the 3rd was well on it's way to dying. Both my mother and I called to complain and we were both told that it was our fault and that the flowers were fresh and beautiful and we must be lying. Nola herself refused to give any sort of refund or deliver a new arrangement. What a Find! I put through a long distance call to Nola's Flowers and was pleasantly surprised I was actually speaking to Nola! My requests were immediate and Nola didn't disappoint. Over the phone, she reached out, understood what was needed and her timely follow-through was exceptional. Her "can do" made a day special for someone. Big City Design, Small Town Friendly Service I recently needed something special to thank an employee for their hard work. Nola listened to information about the situation and delivered the perfect arrangement -- she hit all the right colors and even seemed to figure out the personality of the recipient. This was service and product that exceeded expectations and was delivered with a smile. Highly recommend this store!

Amazing talent This place is top-notch! Nola is dedicated to her work, has amazing artistic ability, and does what it takes to get the job done. Her shop is beautifully decorated with flowers, plants, and artwork. The bouquets and arrangements she puts together are gorgeous. She knows her stuff and can easily suggest flowers that work with your wedding, theme, etc. Her prices are a little more than some other florists in Winona -- but it is well worth it!!
