One word: Yummy! I ended up having both lunch and dinner here. I had thhe bruger for lunch, and it was one of the best restaurant burgers I’ve had. Solid, tasty, with a mix of items which preserved all flavors. In the evening, I had a lollipop lamb chop appetizer with an arugula/cherry tomato salad. Very well-sourced cherry tomatoes (it is February, after all), well-caramelized onions, and harissa tabneh, as well as two prefectly done chops was a perfect light supper. Great, always evolving menu, and solid classics. The chefs bar is fantastic, and service and staff is top notch.
Nola's is an outstanding dining experience with an excellent seasonal menu and service. When I lived in Clinton, I dined here on at least a weekly basis and never had anything less than a great meal. I look forward to returning to Clinton and seeing the renovations to the restaurant and eating the great food once again. Keep up the good work!
