Noland is a JOKE! The manager, Jack, is worthless and the entire facility is full of lies! My dad was restrained with no family notification which is a MUST to do! ALL of our phone calls with this crap place are recorded and they should be ashamed of themselves!!!! Please do not send anyone here! We got my dad out of there after about 6 days when we realized the conditions so he could pass peacefully surrounded by family!!!
