Brokers lie a lot with appointment time, do not recommend
We tried to get a hold of carrier compliance but every time the person with heavy accent pick-up the phone and in extremely rude manner telling us that she does not have time
They are very rude and disrespectful. I called them about a load that was posted on DAT load board and the guy asked me for my MC # and soon as he repeated it to me he just hang up. I called back to see if it was a mistake or something then the second guy asked me what load I'm inquiring about soon as I told him he just hang the phone up. They are not professional they are rude and disrespectful. If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
- Lack of coordination with Shipper and receivers. - Low balling drivers on rates. - One of the worst brokers. Little to no communication when getting loads.
