One star is WAY more than this place deserves. They posted a load for next day delivery, I picked up the load and arrived at delivery point that evening. I checked in at the receiver the following morning and was told that delivery was actually set for a day later. They won't answer the phone or return calls yet I am getting text messages asking if the delivery has been made. Apparently they don't like talking about detention and layover pay. I am now 27 hours past the delivery time that they told us and I'm not unloaded yet... read more

i run ethical company I can’t believe how there carrier relation team ignoring my all emails calls no reply at all they suspended my account over falsify comment or information by somebody that we don’t even know about anything about it and they put our all ethical work and relationship with Nolan on a side and suspended/blacklisted in their system and they don’t wanna discuss or tell anything about it very disappointing we hauled alots of loads with Nolan no issue ever i had and that’s how we getting treated by Nolan becaus... read more

On a whim, we reached out to NTG to see if there was any possible way to get some boards that we needed from out-of-state to our office by the next day. We new it was a big ask. Oscar not only was friendly and helpful, but he was able to get our boards on the the truck and delivered to us the next day at the price that was in our budget. Oscar was great, the customer service was great, and we had the boards next day. Can't ask for much more than that! Thank you!
