Warning do not go there. They charged $395 for a cortisone injection. Called their billing department and they said a supervisor would call me back. never receive a call back.
Worst experience of my life! Dr Shadid put the wrong sized implant in my shoulder! When he did the surgery he never once checked on me I. The hospital! When it wasn’t healing properly, he discovered the implant was too large and I couldn’t move my arm! He couldn’t get out of the office fast enough! I had to have it replaced at Loyola! The extensive trauma left me partially numb in one hand! Stay away from this doctor!
