We mow a couple Wells here it's a nice development tho
We love living in Nolan River Estate. Although we live on one of the smaller properties we are surrounded by larger ranch properties. We enjoy the openness and the landscape views and sunsets are gorgeous. We don't have large animals as some do but we like to watch them graze from the porch. It's a clean neighborhood and our neighbors are great. If you plug into the minimal cost and rules of our HOA it helps to keep the community we know and love.
