I was very pleased with the T team they were professional and kind.
Super great clinic with reasonable prices! Everyone was super welcoming and accommodating with our dog Kiwi. I will definitely recommend this animal clinic to my close friends and family!
FYI you do NOT get your deposit back even if you cancel 2 weeks in advance! The front desk lady was super nice and I’m sure it is out of her control but I do think that is crazy and terrible customer service in my opinion. If it was less than 24 hour notice than yes understandable but 2 weeks in advance and I made the appointment just yesterday. After researching I chose another option and now I’m glad I did.
Dr Brockett was willing to squeeze my sick kitty in despite never seeing him before and with a full schedule of patients and surgeries.
