Excellent experience with Dr. Ogechi. She is kind, very professional, and takes the time to explain everything. She truly makes you feel heard, and as a bonus, she is wonderful with our children. Best GP I've had in Calgary!
Dr. Ejeckham is an amazing GP who listens and takes concerns seriously. The front staff are always polite when calling with results and ensuring bookings.
Due to an extension at a meeting I was not able to make it to an appointment and I called to inform prior but the call went to an automated message system. I finally managed to get through at the exact time of my appointment and the receptionist mentioned that I’d be charged $100 for cancellation so I requested her for a later time before 4pm but she mentioned all slots were booked before 4pm and didn’t seem to be interested in helping me at all.
