Ya know after 12 years of living at these apartments and they are literally trying to make me foot the bill for the remodel. They are charging me almost $4K for everything ( yes while some of this is mine ) I had the unit cleaned prior to moving out and they are just trying to pass the $$ and nearly $1k for garbage that was dumped that wasn't me. I am disputing the charges but I was told 2 to 6 weeks before I hear back and meanwhile in 60 days it will go to collections. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS. it has really went... read more
I love these apartments. But. There is a mold issue. The dishwasher is FILLED with black mold. My family member and me keep getting sick and come to find that there has been mold growing inside the dishwasher. Again, I love these apartments. But that's not okay
Quiet, clean apartment complex. The maintenance technician Rosendo is very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help fix things when needed.
