I love these apartments. But. There is a mold issue. The dishwasher is FILLED with black mold. My family member and me keep getting sick and come to find that there has been mold growing inside the dishwasher. Again, I love these apartments. But that's not okay
Quiet, clean apartment complex. The maintenance technician Rosendo is very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help fix things when needed.
I read the reviews before moving in and saw the complaints about parking, but when I drove by there was tons of parking so I was confused. So yes there is plenty of parking but ALL vehicles have to have a parking pass 10pm-7am or they will tow you. Even parked in your assigned spot. On-site management does not enforce any of the rules regarding people keeping things in shared spaces. My neighbor leaves out bikes, garbage, etc in our shared walkway.
