Quiet, clean apartment complex. The maintenance technician Rosendo is very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help fix things when needed.
I read the reviews before moving in and saw the complaints about parking, but when I drove by there was tons of parking so I was confused. So yes there is plenty of parking but ALL vehicles have to have a parking pass 10pm-7am or they will tow you. Even parked in your assigned spot. On-site management does not enforce any of the rules regarding people keeping things in shared spaces. My neighbor leaves out bikes, garbage, etc in our shared walkway. By far the worst place I’ve ever lived. They allow people’s kids to scream all night and jump around upstairs and get away with it. If friends want to visit over the weekend, they have to park a mile away just to avoid getting towed. I strongly suggest not to live here especially if you have kids.
