Awful place to live , apartments are nice , the management company they use is the worst. Horrible horrible company , aion management is the worst, employees are rude , and very nasty people
Worst management company you will have ever delt with , hvac system floods every time it rains blowing mold into apartment and management does nothing about it , very unprofessional company hireing young inexperienced people.
Management sucks at the Nolan apartments, Kevin cagnetti is a asshole ,
New owners and new aion management company took over and Thurned a nice living place into shit , parking sucks , they raised everyone’s rents $ 200 at one shot , they started charging $30 per person a month for water , heat is electric so you pay that also , you can’t enjoy having your sliding glass door open because of the neighbors pot smoking habit , neighbor piles their garbage outside their patio door attracting rodents , place has really gone downhill
