I was a patient of Dr. Nolan’s for about 15 yrs. He took care of my partner and I with compassion and empathy.. He was always thorough and understanding. He knew I am retired RN and he would take me very seriously and we would talk and figure the best course of action. He also had a habit of shaking hands at the end of the visit. He is now retired.....how I hated to see him go! He was more like a friend! If you read this Dr. Nolan.......got bless and thanks for all! You are sorely missed!
Last visit to his office didn't go so well.... 3:30 appointment.... arrived at 3:00 PM....Had enough of the waiting seeing as how the waiting room was VERY empty...and left at 4:25 without being seen. Appointment previous to that went the same way....2 hours of waiting and I left without being seen.. Office personnel act like kids
Worst doctor I`ve ever encountered. Cannot diagnose conditions, is very arrogant, and support staff is poor.
Me: "Doctor Nolan, Please help. I have been on the phone four times trying to get a prescription refilled, but the office staff isn't getting the job done". His response: "Find a new one". What kind of doctor tells a patient to go elsewhere when he is asked for help because the office cannot manage to get a prescription filled?
Not only have I been a patient of Dr. Nolan's for many years but I have also had the pleasure of working with him. Believe it or not, I get excited to see him for my appointments! He is so "normal" and knowledgeable and I consider myself lucky to have him as a physician. He is just a joy to be around. I think to myself every time I go to the office that I don't know what I will do when he retires someday!!
Dr. Nolan is the most caring individual. It is a true honor to be a patient of his. He always takes time to show how much he cares for his patients. The very best!
