Who I refer my customers to because they are able to accommodate when others cannot. Never had a problem not being able to insure and or with rates or customer service.
Juan helped me there and I signed up for homeowners insurance. Within hours I changed my mind and called him to cancel it. They had already withdrwn the 3 month payment from my bank but I was told I would receive a check refund in the mail within 3 weeks. It is now over 3 weeks with no refund. what a bunch of crap

She has always been extremely helpful quick on her feet very responsive. I always have a positive conversation with her. It never gets negative.
