I would recommend David Southerland to anyone for buying or selling a home. David treats you like family, and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to close when we wanted to before the Holiday's. He even worked when he was on vacation for a few days. David is amazing. In less than two months, he has sold two properties for me. He only represents the seller and the property, but he truly cares. He is very creative and willing to go out of his way no matter what time or day and night I have sold a number of properties in the last 50 years and I’ve never had such a good experience with such an incredible professional.
