I’ve been reading over the reviews & must admit I’ve experienced some of the exact issues. All they’ve been doing is giving me the run around I’m no longer employed with the company I worked for and it’s going on months now me trying to get my distributions! UPDATE: I wrote the review below 11 months ago, and I am still waiting on my 401k to be distributed to me. I email them asking for updates, they tell me first that they don't know when my check will be sent to me since they are "just a third party" and then tell me to follow up with them in 30 days. Which i did last week and they still have not responded to me. Do not do business with this company. All they do is blow you off and hold your money hostage. I have been trying to get in touch with this company about transferring... read more
