UPDATE: I wrote the review below 11 months ago, and I am still waiting on my 401k to be distributed to me. I email them asking for updates, they tell me first that they don't know when my check will be sent to me since they are "just a third party" and then tell me to follow up with them in 30 days. Which i did last week and they still have not responded to me. Do not do business with this company. All they do is blow you off and hold your money hostage. Astonishingly high fees and poor service.
If I could give zero stars I would. Impossible to communicate with regarding important matters on your account. I haven't been able to resolve an issue I have with them since August 2023. They do not communicate or give you any answers.
