I would have loved to give a higher review but after several attempts to get a style done through booking, then being guided to call, then requesting a photo of my hair through text messages, and totally not receiving a response after the actions that were requested were taken is totally flabbergasting to me. Not to mention, I called back with no answer and my text messages are being shown as “read”. Got my hair interlocked today and all I can say is 10/10… Jazz is that Girl!!! Her part game is pure “PERFECTION” She really listens to her clients… My hair feels and looks GREAT!!! This is not my first time at Nola Braiders but it is the first time that I’m COMPLETELY SATISFIED…
Jasz has a client for life ! I have never been so pleased with my service. I have received so many compliments. Jasz really knows what she is doing. She has done knotless braids, take down, coloring, trim, and blow out for me. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service, calm atmosphere, very clean and neat. Jasz did my hair and it’s beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Love this location and will return.
