I lived in one of their properties for two years and the experience was terrible both in their actions and the way they speak to tenants. There were multiple break-ins over the years, and the 'security cameras' were never functioning at those times. The doors in general would often malfunction, which they ignored, and for months packages would be opened or stolen.
