Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this agent based on my experience. I gave two stars because our block was eventually sold. From the beginning, it felt like very little effort was made beyond listing our land on the usual platforms and waiting for offers. Having worked with other real estate agents before, we know how much difference a proactive agent can make through marketing, following up with buyers, negotiating, and working hard to secure the best possible price.
