Are you kidding me? I went to a snowball stand to get my normal xtra large, topless, xtra juice and they don’t serve straws. I have gone twice before and always had issues with the quality and quantity of syrup. Now this was the final “straw”. She said she wants to save the planet. I told the young lady that the plastic spoon and the styrofoam cups do more harm than the straw. What a hypocrite!!!

I am very sorry, we are having issues getting straws from our supplier. Hopefully this won't last long, but there is no guarantee with everything going on nowadays.
All of our snowballs were just ice!! We even went back & asked for more syrup & still wasn’t enough! So disappointed ☹️

Worked here for a long time now, but I’m not being biased when I say they got the best chocolate around. For someone who goes to a school closer to other stands, none of them have the quality, tasty product that this business has! It’s very likely you will see me go across town for one of these, and if I can’t get across town, I’ll just pass on getting a snowball.

Gave you guys one last chance today and ended up with a chocolate snowball that was nothing but ice in the bottom third of the cup. Complete waste of money with so many good options throughout the city.
