Dr Melissa is outstanding. I've had several different hearing aid providers within the GNO area and she's my favorite for professional, reliable, and quick service.
Great experience. Had a couple of minor issues (operator error mostly) and was treated like I was their only patient each and every time. If I wasn't 100% satisfied, Dr. Melissa wouldn't let me leave until I was. She truly cares about and for her patients.
Today was my first time there and i was very please with the Dr. She was awesome and she was working with me with a hearing aid that i need im so happy with it she eveing made me cry nc i got to hear things that i never heard in a long time thank you so much see u next week �
Thank you sooo much Dr. Melissa for taking time with Dad and adjusting his hearing aids. I got fussed at for making tooo much noise in the kitchen while he was trying to watch the football game. You are an angel. I pray God continues to allow you to make an wonderful difference in amazing ways.
