I had such a wonderful experience at this dermatology clinic! My P.A, Ms. Amy, has been incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. She even called me to check on how I was doing with a certain prescription. The front desk receptionists are just as amazing.. always friendly, welcoming, and efficient at every visit. From when I arrived, to completion of my visit, everyone that I had contact with at this location was cordial and very pleasant. As a new patient, you never really know what you are walking into when seeing a new physician for the first time. The front desk staff were very nice and the PA Amy was so accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. On 10/20/25 I was scheduled for an appointment at 10:15 am. I arrived at 10 am so that I could do my pre visit paperwork as this was my first visit. I have to say that the receptionist was very nice and helpful. I completed my paperwork and was brought to the examination room at 10:20 am by the Physician Assistant. We discussed why I was there and she took notes. I have to say that she was very polite and courteous. She left the room and told me that someone would be in shortly to do my examination.
