RecommendedI love that I can freeze away any body aches before or after any crazy day at work or play. I always leave refreshed and better than I was before I froze. The IR sauna allows me the chance to sweat some of my sins away. Freeze 3-5 times in a week and you’ll be hooked. The staff is great. Everyone I’ve met there is attentive and ready with good conversation for those times in the cryo chamber where you find yourself ready to jump out because you’re freezing.
Poorly operated facility. I will not go back nor can I recommend this place.
NOLA Cryo has been great. I've been twice in the last 2 weeks for cryotherapy to help recover from a 21 day burpee challenge. They have a first class cryotherapy chamber. In time I will try other services. Really good customer service as well. Highly recommend.
I have had neck pain for a while now where migraines start I tried this yesterday afternoon and I was allowed to sample CBD cream. I am still feeling pretty good. Finally some relief! Thank you!

Love this place! Everyone was very professional. Extremely clean and quiet environment. They offer so many services. I will definitely be back soon!
The guy was really nice and informative. And also offered a great deal that we couldn’t pass up. We will be back at least 3 more times with that special!
