Nola Animal Clinic's idea of consoling you after the loss of a beloved pet (the same day as their misdiagnosis) is to call the cops and file a police report. They will then tell the police that your obvious mourning on private comment on a social media account is making them feel threatened. This practice used the police to silence a grieving client rather than offer any condolences or apologies. Avoid them at all cost!

We were out of towners that needed a vet for our dogs worsening eye problem. We got right in, saw Dr. Lily Rai. He really knew his stuff. The whole staff was fr6and helpful. We are delaying our trip to have a recheck on our dogs eye. I wish he was our vet in NM.
