Best doctor ever
Dr Lai has been great, along with the front office staff I’ve had 2 in procedures that have gone very well he spent time talking about my concerns and gave possible solutions and because diabetes I was concerned but without pressure he gave me my choices and so far he’s been right Thank you Dr Lai
Highly recommend Dr.Lai. He was courteous and took care of my issue in one visit.
Very little wait to get an appointment. I was surprised but happy I had no office wait time either. Dr. Lai was kind, listened, and took care of my ingrown to nails on the spot. The procedure was quick and he also advised me on other issues. Assistant Michael was great too, he was helpful with my many questions. They were professional and respectful and took care of me! I highly recommend Dr. Tony Lai and United Medical Doctors Group.
Dr. Lai is a caring yet highly knowledgeable D.P.M. He made me feel comfortable and heard since the moment he greeted me. I'll be referring family and friends to him very soon. I 100% recommend him.
