Dr. Lai was so nice and very professional. I didn't enjoy the cortisone shot in my foot, but it helped me so much. I will get an x-ray on my foot next week, and I look forward to seeing him again next month.
Dr. Lai was extremely thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was patient, kind, and attentive throughout my appointment, and I never felt rushed. I truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism he provided.
