If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The whole staff is unprofessional and seems like they don’t care. I was seen in the ER where I found out I had Arachnoid cysts on my brain. Was told to follow up with this office within a couple weeks for treatment plan. Office wanted to schedule me in January for next available appointment. According to the manager, the hospital has no right giving a time frame to be seen. But the hospital states that this office is supposed to leave availability for patients seen in the ER. Dr. Valadi is an excellent neurologist—knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. He takes the time to listen and provide thorough care, which I truly appreciate. However, it's important to be aware that long wait times are a consistent issue. It’s not unusual to wait 1–2 hours past your scheduled appointment before being seen. While occasional delays are understandable in any medical practice, this has been a recurring pattern across multiple visits. Dr. Valadi and staff are absolutely the best in the business! I wouldn't trust my neurologic care to anyone else. Truly top notch!
