*edit: after my feet dried from the initial soak, I noticed that the bottoms of my feet still had several places of dry cracked skin on them. This was impossible to notice during my initial review that they requested I complete multiple times before the service was completed. I feel like even a basic pedicure should address the bottoms of your feet. Afterall isn’t that the whole point? Because of this lack of care, I am taking my rating down a star.
