It’s a shame bc I had gone here for years and usually had a pretty good experience. Most of the workers are very good and nice. However, the last time I went, I had a horrible experience with the nail tech named Kim. She’s very bad at the pedicure, gave me two ingrown toenails from cutting them incorrectly and she’s too pushy about what SHE wants to do and doesn’t care about what the client wants. Half of my right eyebrow is missing. I asked for soak off and a manicure. The so called manicure was the Worst! My nails are uneven. He didn't clean up my cuticles or anything. The reason why he was rushing and didn't get to manicure was because he was rushing to get to another person. I showed them in the shop what happened they agree it looked a messI I was told I could not get my refund because the manager was not there. I found out that was a lie.

Clean and Friendly
Not a good experience with staff. The quality of nails is severely lacking. Will not be back.
