I had the worst experience of my life at this nail salon yesterday. From the moment I sat down and my nail tech Chen ( first chair from the right) laid eyes on me it seemed like he truly did not want to service me. I asked for my nails to be soaked off, he ignored my request and used a drill which became really hot on my nail bed after he cranked up the speed. Thank you for doing both my nails and also my daughters, Grace. I will never change nail saloons, especialy Lee... Her professionalism, attention to detail and enthusiasm is beyond anything that I have seen in the best way! Best nail saloon in Land O' Lakes.

Noire ballentrae is fantastic— tons of services, so relaxing and so clean. Tiffany is AMAZING- she always does the most - we love her!
