I thought I would give this place another try for a basic manicure. It chipped the next morning. They use a no name Polish. The technician was on her phone while doing my nails.
Chloe is amazing! She’s very gentle, detailed, and really listens to what I want. My nails came out beautiful and last so well. Highly recommend Chloe – I’ll definitely come back Noire Nail Bar!
This place is a rip-off! Quoted me one price on the phone and then after my services charged me more then they said it would be. I asked why the price was higher he said he charged me to trim my nails. Ridiculous! Have been to so many salons to have my nails done and when you go in for a fill, a trim is part of the process. I have never ever been charged extra to trim my nails! I will be letting other friends know, and won't be returning!
Their pricing seems a bit deceptive. It’s never clear how much they charge for each service and they are very expensive compared to the other nail salons in the area. I recently got a text stating all services are 10% off. Before my appointment, I showed the coupon to someone who is either the manager or the owner. He confirmed the coupon is valid.
