I have been going to Krystal for YEARS, and I love her work. She knows how to shape nails so well. My nails last almost a month until my next fill and she can imitate any nail design I show her. She always has the salon put together and well furnished. She prides herself in creating a welcoming ambiance. By far the best nail salon in Knoxville! I’ve been coming for years and even recently, they’ve upgraded color choices (bringing back a full stock of tried and true OPI colors- yay!) and updated their service menu (now offering hot stone massages on top of the already wonderful scrub, lotion, and wax massages). Such a sweet team! Love having this S my home salon!!
