I can’t recommend her enough! She’s reliable, quick, and truly an expert at what she does. My retwist came out super clean, the parts are crisp, and the style was exactly what I wanted. She works efficiently without sacrificing quality, and you can tell she takes pride in her craft. If you’re looking for someone who knows locs and consistently delivers amazing results, she’s definitely the one to book with. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Sarah is an amazing loctician who’s always friendly, professional, and keeps my hair looking its best. She takes the time to offer great advice on how to keep your locs healthy, clean, and well-maintained. She provides a wide range of services at reasonable prices, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else in the city with my hair. Highly recommend!
Poor communication. Have reached out on 3 platforms (email, instagram, phone) to ask a simple question. Make it clear on your website if your loc consultations are in person or virtual. If you’re not going to do this, then answer your emails or instagram dms. Also, you called back to return my call when I wasn’t available. But didn’t bother to leave a voicemail even though my initial voicemail clearly stated what I was inquiring about. I shouldn’t have to chase you down. Other loc companies have been more responsive.
