Poor communication. Have reached out on 3 platforms (email, instagram, phone) to ask a simple question. Make it clear on your website if your loc consultations are in person or virtual. If you’re not going to do this, then answer your emails or instagram dms. Also, you called back to return my call when I wasn’t available. But didn’t bother to leave a voicemail even though my initial voicemail clearly stated what I was inquiring about. I shouldn’t have to chase you down. Other loc companies have been more responsive.

I can’t say enough good things about my hairstylist! She does an absolutely amazing job with my dreadlocks — every single time, they come out looking neat, healthy, and perfectly maintained.
