Fantastic first impression. Clean, professional, welcoming and informative. Very flexible in meeting my schedule needs. Made arrangements to help me get the cut l needed with another hairstylist. Upfront with fees and timing. Shared additional pics and allowed me to ask questions to a client in the process of getting her hair resisted.
