Terrible customer service. The guy didnt even meet with us face to face. Didnt return phone calls, and took 5 days just to get back with us on approval. Absolutely terrible experience. I wouldnt reccomend these people to my worst enemy.
No one gets back with you!!! Terrible customer service! Very frustrating! Go somewhere else if you want people to actually get back with and not just have voicemails to talk to!
So many problems, go somewhere else. I will refinance asap. Been with them 12 years. Had a house fire, no one cares at NOIC. Just want the bottom line...money. Holds your online payment until it's late=late fee. Should not take days for bank transfer. At least 10 different receptionists in so many years, hard to work for, too? I feel like a hostage. Other banks will split payment and do auto withdraw. Behind on the times. Matt Clark is the only good. Scott is a jerk.
Kevin Robinson at NOIC is your guy. He's save several of my friends over 1% on their interest rates, without increasing their payments significantly!
NOIC repeatedly failed to meet closing deadlines. I'm unable to close because of their failure and I'm out over $2,300 with nothing to show for it.
I will be refinancing my home as soon as possible. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I have never been treated so rudely as I have here!
Without NOIC I wouldn't have been able to buy my home! They helped me through the long process of a short term sale...always available when I had questions or concerns. NOIC treated me like family. They also worked hard to get me the lowest mortgage rate possible. I would, and have recommended them to friends and family. Simply the best customer service around!
Everyone needs NOIC. We have been so happy with them. The option of online payments is awesome! Great customer service too!
