This was my hair salon for nearly 13 years until my stylist completely fried off 50% of my hair. I went back and showed her what she did wrong and she and the management insisted that they did nothing wrong and refused to give me my money back. My hair ended up nearly falling out near the ends and it was all different lengths and completely fried.
