Car wash has really gone downhill. Waiting over 1 hour, very few cars, and staff just walking around. Finally they are working on my car, maybe I will have to wait another half hour because of this slow guy.
The men and women that work here are kind, pleasant, and professional in such a high volume business!! How do they keep their cool?! They will take very good care of you and your vehicle!
I went to Valero to have my car washed I always get the bronze package with the air freshener and Tire dressing they keep forgetting my tire dressing and my air freshener so I brought it to Robert's attention and I was told that every time I come in here I complain I want to go speak to the manager and found out it was Robert Robert has an attitude which gave me an attitude I would never take my vehicle there again and I suggest you people don't either their manager has the worst attitude do not take your car here do not hav... read more
