I lived in an apartment rented by Nogle for 2.5 years, and it was by far the best apartment renting experience I have ever had. Ann went above and beyond and would meet me wherever it was convenient for me such as the Illini Union or the apartment to turn in paperwork as I didn't own a car. My air conditioner broke once and maintenance was there to fix it in under 15 minutes. All snow was cleared from the parking lots and walkways before I even woke up in the morning. Whenever we actually needed something fixed, maintenance was slow and would frequently take more than a week to respond. And yet, when everything was fine, maintenance would come in to "fix" things, and end up breaking them. This was done to our toilet and we ended up not being able to use it for a whole day! They also increased rent significantly on the property we were living in and declined giving a discount if we stayed, unlike every other company we've rented from in this town. Strongly don't recommend.

These are by far the best property owners in the area. They are prompt with anything you need fixed and very understandable. Plus the rooms are huge, the apartment is clean and renovated. Love it!
