Carolyn Dasher agreed to help me make the huge step of cutting my long hair and donating over 25 inches to a wonderful organization Strands of Strength. Very personal service. My 16 year old Autistic son was very comfortable at Noggins because it is quiet and calm. Carolyn related to him very nicely. A customer could bring her special needs child to Noggins and not have to worry about strangers staring or judging. Carolyn layered my daughter's long red hair and then gave her waterfall braids. It was fun!
