This is our second time renting at Nogal Feliz having returned to the Tustin area recently. We are back because of the extra care the friendly staff exemplifies and how the property is managed. Requests are handled in a timely, cheerful and thorough manner. We also love the quaint atmosphere of this older, smaller complex, the beautiful landscaping, the cleanliness, and the glistening pool. Even the parking, which can be a challenge at most complexes, is handled as responsibly as possible.

Love my home , been leasing for 4 years and I'm very happy here. I started in a cozy studio and about a year ago moved into a spacious one bedroom. The transfer was easy and smooth. The property is always maintained, clean, and safe. Seraphina the on-site manager is beyond helpful. This property is very lucky to have her.

She’s professional, approachable, and clearly dedicated to making sure residents are happy. My fami... read more
