Jonathan is vey professional and respectful in responding to my interest of this complex and that is what made me decide to lease this place, after visiting a number of complexes this was the best and prompt professional service I received that made my decision easy. Excellent service with a very clean and well maintained complex is the key to a successful leaving space, very satisfied and recomend that you contact Jonathan.
Highly recommend Nogal Feliz Apartments, Jonathan and Serafina were really friendly and were very professional with the move-in process. Andre’s the maintenance manager was extremely helpful and was able to do all the repairs before our move in date. It’s a beautiful studio with led light ceilings. Super spacious and the view from the patio is great.

I have lived here for 3 years and I have been very comfortable and happy with my stay. The office manager Jonathan Velez has been very helpful and kind. His service has been a delight and I am glad that he is here to assist me with any questions or concerns I may have. So far I can say I am very happy with this community and its office staff.
Cockroach infested, like all of it. The rooms and laundry facility. They also leave little info on when they are entering your apartment. Bug Haters and Pet Owners FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE
