I agree with the other reviewer (Duane) about the owner, Amanuel Negash. Some of his caregivers that he hires are not reliable. I'll also add rude to other staff. Do not waste your time choosing or researching NOGAH to care for your elderly parents or grandparents.
My mother-in-law needed end of life care which was very challenging to find on Whidbey Island. However, once we found Nogah Home Health, Amanuel Negash took charge and sent us the absolute most competent, compassionate wonderful caregivers. We live two states away and hadn't felt comfortable leaving my mother-in-law, but Amanuel and Nogah made it possible to get back to our lives AND feel our loved one was in good hands. Amanuel was amazing! He quickly came through for my 96 year old mom, finding her the best caring and friendly caregivers one could ever ask for!! They were knowledgeable in handling her daily needs and made her feel so comfortable staying in her own home! I would DEFINITELY recommend Nogah Home Health Care to anyone looking for first class home care!!
