What a relief - a psychologist who is willing to give direction – I actually found out about this therapist online because I couldn't figure out any better way to find one. She helped me alot in my individual sessions and later on in marital counseling. The thing I liked the best about her is that she was different from another therapist I saw, who basically listened and supported me, but didn't really help. Sheri is a lifesaver, extremely wonderful at her craft, great feedback,tells it how it is. – When i first met Sheri, I was lost. Going through a tough divorce myself, not knowing which way was up, down or forwards, she has helped me start to really find myself again to regain my inner strength that i almost lost through this diffucult time in my life. Good Psychologist – I saw this therapist to help me deal with depression, anxiety, and some bad things that happened to me in the past. She knew a kind of treatment that helped me put the past behind me pretty quickly, I was very surprised that it worked. She was very direct but also very understanding and patient. I liked her alot and would recommend her for anyone who is serious about getting better by going to therapy. She has a busy schedule but seemed wiling to work to find time to see me.
Helpful – I liked her because she didn't just sit and listen, she gave me feedback. She was pretty direct but she was nice. Her schedule was kind of busy, though.
