Excellent, timely service. We’ve had 4 garage doors done by Nofziger doors and have had nothing but wonderful service. Highly recommend them!
Terrible service, absolutely no communication, I lost 5 days of work having to be on site to meet them, for them to get very little to nothing done do to the office staff being so unorganized. It took them 9 months to finally finish getting my 6 doors installed. If you are a contractor, stay away from this company, you will end up with headaches and poor installation.
Nofziger Door is an awesome company. They always exceed my expectations in their customer service and their attention to my problems. They have never let me down. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants to work with a company that delivers on what they tell you.
Nofziger door appears to strive to have excellent customer service as Kyle the service manager came out for free for the initial inspection, he has very good communication skills and responds to emails promptly. But the installer was in a huge hurry and made some mistakes and the company did not seem to want to own up to the mistakes in a timely manner.
