Customer service was good. We had a surprise come in the mail for our invoice. We had our barn garage door serviced by Notzinger. They were going to be in the area near us soon, so they were able to come out within a few days. The service men arrived on time and their work was complete within 15-20 minutes. Excellent, timely service. We’ve had 4 garage doors done by Nofziger doors and have had nothing but wonderful service. Highly recommend them!
Terrible service, absolutely no communication, I lost 5 days of work having to be on site to meet them, for them to get very little to nothing done do to the office staff being so unorganized. It took them 9 months to finally finish getting my 6 doors installed. If you are a contractor, stay away from this company, you will end up with headaches and poor installation.
