Dr. Nofsinger is one of a kind. I saw one of his peers for a year and that Dr. fat shamed me and said I was too young for surgery. Dr. N was kind and compassionate. Dr. Nofsinger has replaced both of my knees. He is very competent and I am so glad I found him as I have heard some not so great stories from others about total knee replacement. Although replacements will never be the same as what God gives you, it's great not to be in excruciating pain all day and night. I highly recommend Dr Nofsinger if you are looking at joint replacement. He also treated me for several years with injections before I was ready for surgery. I had 5 surgeries, the original had a bacteria in the implant, attacked my heart. Dr N took me on i could not walk and when I did I dragged my right leg, he did the 6th surgery 6 hours rebuilt everything sent me home with RN and antibiotics directly to heart, PT at home, was walking in 6 months only time I drag now is if I am tired. He is the best doctor out there, no games, no small talk he gets right to the point and gives his all. He is my idol.
