Worked here for over 5 years and had multiple opportunities to move throughout the company. Started on the production floor, ended in the QC Lab. Great stepping stone but don’t get too excited about moving upwards in the company as it’s already pretty congested. My last calculation was 1.6 managers per person under the title of supervisor. Recently interviewed with this company. During the interview, Laurie, the HR contact, did more rambling on about herself and her personal life, which didn't pertain to the interview at all. A 5 minute phone interview turned into a 25 minute conversation about her, with a little but of job description put in. Very unprofessional HR, I can only imagine how the rest of the company is. Thanks for not picking me.

I would not recommend anybody to get a job here. They call you production team members instead of chemical operators just to save the company money. The pay is absolutely ridiculously low for the chemicals you work with. Its starting to become a revolving door.
