I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with how this was handled. Yes, my pool was very dirty and I was upfront about that from the beginning. I was told someone would come clean it and use a portable pump because my filters needed to be replaced. When the technician arrived, he did not use a portable pump and instead only added my chemicals, explaining that my existing pump still had enough suction. After the visit, the pool looked essentially unchanged, including visible debris still sitting at the bottom.... read more
Marco Espinoza is amazing. From the first day of service, he has been very friendly and great at keeping me updated and informed. He always gives options and looks for the best solutions for his clients, Integrity like that is rare these days. Marco, Brayant and staff are awesome at pool care & maintenance! I trust them 100% to come to my backyard whenever I’m not there and service my pool. Overall, it’s a company with great service at a great price and with good honest workers!
