This guy is always close every time I go there he has a sign saying he'll be back days later, the last time it was a week plus more later of New Years, or Easter, and this time he'll be back on Monday. I'm not wasting my time coming here anymore. I just went to J&A small engine and they were open, across the old cemetery in the city.
