Do not understand all the hate and bad reviews, my guess is that entitled people do not get what they want/demand so they go online and bully because thats how they can control the narrative. My experience with Dr Okamura has been exceptional. She is always professional and kind. She cares about the underlying condition and not only addresses one's symptoms. I recommend her to all my friends and family.
Dr Okamura is an exceptional physician. I am an eldercare practitioner in Olympia who has had positive experiences both with my personal care and for my patients. She is timely, responsive, kind, empathetic and listens carefully in appointments. Her office is responsive and she has met my care needs every visit. She has been a strong support for my patients u dergoing surgery as their PCP. Wonderful physician, highly recommended.

The unempathetic unhelpful hag they call the after hours "triage nurse" refused to give me the number of, or put me through to, an on call doctor AFTER she confirmed to me that yes, my mother was a patient, because I was not on an "approved" list to speak to. I explained to her this was an emergency, my mother has late stage cancer, was too sick and uncomfortable to talk, she was desperately ill with a UTI, and just needed an antibiotic tablet until her oncology appointment in the morning so she could at least sleep. Negative stars for Dr Okamura if I could. She psychologically slimed me. After writing a letter to their quality control department, I had tears in my eyes as I realized she had been gaslighting and invalidating me and my medical needs. I switched to the women’s center
