So happy I booked here! I was well past due for a haircut but also a little nervous to go somewhere new as I’m not from the area, but I felt totally comfortable here. Jessica was amazing! You can tell she is super skilled and cares about her clients. I’m someone who never really knows what I want in a haircut but she gave great suggestions and my hair turned out perfectly. Thank you so much again!
I booked with Jessica and she did a phenomenal job! She did hair and makeup on my daughter, my mom and, myself for my daughters quinceañera. We received so many compliments and our hair and makeup lasted all night! She is very sweet and I appreciate how she made sure we were all comfortable with the final look, offering any last minute changes. Would 100% recommend her for any of your hair and makeup needs! She is truly talented and amazing at what she does.
I’ve been going to Noemi and Bell Salon since they first opened. I just got back from getting my tint/high light touch up and haircut and I couldn’t be happier. I love the modern decor and the free coffee! I drive over one hour to get there mostly because I love how they do my hair and also because it’s always so clean. I always come home with the best hair products!
I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. From the moment I walked in I was offered water and a place to sit while I waited for my stylist. The salon and the entire room of stylists has such a good and welcoming feeling. My stylist, the wonderful Elizabeth, did an amazing job of doing a very thorough consultation and we ended up doing a shaggy layered haircut. I’m in love with my hair and this salon overall!!
Elizabeth did so wonderful with my full bleach platinum blonde hair, black foxtail tips, burgundy framing pieces, and ghost root peekaboo! If you have a big idea she can definitely make it come to life beautifully !!
