Noelle came out to the house and asked good questions to align with our vision. His team got to work and knocked out the patio, the landscape, and the driveway in a few days. Everything looks great! Give Noelle I try.
I worked with Noel’s Home & Landscaping LLC, and they promised to pay me after I completed a review for them. The work was finished exactly as they requested, but now they’re refusing to pay and completely ignoring my messages. This kind of behavior is dishonest and very unprofessional. They don’t keep their word and waste people’s time. I would strongly advise others not to trust this company or do any business with them.
While Noel’s Home & Landscaping LLC had potential, my experience fell short of expectations. The staff was polite, but they rushed the job and left parts of the yard incomplete and messy. Some plants died soon after, possibly due to inadequate care or improper installation. I expected better post-service follow-up, but no one checked back in. They should work on consistency in execution and reliable after-service.

Stood me up three times. My neighbor gave me his number and my first call was answered by an AI type service. I never got a returned call. I tried again a couple of days later and reached Noel. I was concerned when he answered his business line with “hello.” That may sound minor but I have found when people don’t answer the phone in a professional manner, that’s usually an indication of how the experience will go.
