I was in need of a wind, mitigation and a four-point My current reports were old and outdated. I found Noel’s home inspections of Nextdoor app, His wife, Angela was very helpful and scheduled me right away. They were both very professional on the day of my inspection. Very communicative through text message and very thankful that I was able to schedule my appointment and get my wind mitigation +4 point so that it could help me lower my homeowners insurance. Definitely recommend them

Noel was able to detect everything i needed for the report to send out to my warranty agents. He was very helpful explaining what i needed and what i was missing. His wife also was able to go to the walk in and help me understand more about the underlying of my house. All in all Noel Home Inspection I 100% trust. I’ve already told my neighbors if they needed. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy inspector. You’ve came to the right place!!

Prompt, through, flexible scheduling, and quick. Just had a home inspected by Noel's Home Inspections, Inc who did a great job at a fair price with quick, next-day turnaround. Highly recommend using Noel if you need a wind mitigation or 4-point inspection.

My experience with Noel's Home Inspection was fantastic. Noel was really nice, explained things well, yet was efficient with his time. He gave me some good advice on small fixes I could make to my home to make my A/C run more efficiently. I highly recommend!

I strongly recommend this company to anyone. I had originally had another inspection done by another company where Ms. Angela was able to point out their mistakes and corrected them by redoing the report. By her doing this, she was able to save me a tremendous amount on my insurance premiums. She was courtesy, patience, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and professionally.
