My experience was pleasant. It didn't take long for me to obtain my paperwork and get called to a room. The staff was very friendly, professional, and thorough. The facility is always neat and clean. Noelle was very friendly and caring...as usual. She encourage me to take an exam I have been holding off for a long time (which is very necessary) due to my own fear; and other options which were available to me for an ongoing medical condition. I love scheduling my appts for 8:30AM. Waiting room wait time is less than 5 minutes, have my weight, and vitals done and Noelle's in the room within 5 minutes. This is my second appointment this year at 8:30AM - and each time I was on my way to work by 9AM. As I checked out on 8/8, I mentioned to the receptionist I love my 8:30AM appts. because there is no time to get behind, she replied Noelle is never behind. Thanks for the great service.
I called in the morning and was given an appointment for a couple of hours later. I was in the waiting room for about 2 mins. Noelle was great as usual along with the rest of the staff.
