At check out I asked if there were any additional fees/taxes on my room that was fully paid. They said no, later I see a charge on my card. You can’t even get a receipt for it. (Same case for my colleague) Also, rooms are super small and the old elevators may not make it to your floor.
*UPDATE*: After my first miserable night here, I went downstairs to check out and get a refund for the remaining two nights of my stay so I could check into the Marriott next door. After waiting in the lobby for almost an hour for anyone on the management team to be available, the manager I spoke with, Odival, apologized profusely for all of the issues and said he'd be happy to refund my remaining, prepaid nights. Warning to future visitors… The rooms have no closets. This was a major source of dissatisfaction for a group of us attending a wedding in Nashville this past weekend. If you have a long dress, or a sports jacket you will need to find a way to hang it. During our visit, we hung things from the edge of the door. Even the sconces over the beds can work in a pinch.
